The foundations of Ten Dollar Adventure—the concept, story, characters, and educational framework—are the original work of the (very human) author. The illustrations of the characters and scenes in the book were created with Whisk, a generative AI tool. The author defined the characters, scenes, and artistic style for each illustration. From many generated options, the most suitable images were personally selected, curated, and in many cases, edited and refined using GIMP to match the book's vision. The achievement stickers and play money were developed by the author in Inkscape. The audiobook and web book voice narration were generated using OpenAI TTS.
