1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using our website, tendollaradventure.com, and its services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
The Service provides access to information about the "Ten Dollar Adventure" book, allows for the purchase of digital products such as the Web Book and Audiobook, and offers an achievement tracking system for readers. The Service also provides financial literacy resources to parents and educators.
3. User Accounts & Access
To purchase and access digital products, you must have an account, which is created using your email address and accessed via a secure link sent to that email. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Your access to digital products is granted as a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Each license permits one concurrent session. Sharing your account access credentials is a violation of these Terms.
4. Purchases and Payments
All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your credit card information. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method. All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable, except as required by law.
5. Gifting and License Assignment
When you purchase a digital product, the license is assigned to your account. You may have the option, on a one-time, irreversible basis, to assign that license to another person as a gift via your profile page. Once a license is assigned to another email address, you will no longer have access to that specific copy, and it cannot be reassigned.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service, including the text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the "Ten Dollar Adventure" book and its derivatives (Web Book, Audiobook), are the exclusive property of Ten Dollar Adventure and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, us, or third parties.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ten Dollar Adventure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
